However, in reality, the range of issues discussed within the framework of this event was significantly expanded due to the activity of representatives of the business community.
The first deputy head of the department of finance, economics and property relations Kompaniets Elena Anatolyevna delivered a welcoming speech. Afterwards, the deputy head of the economy department Goncharova Larisa Gennadievna briefly told about the proposed measures of support and, in more detail, the head of the department for the development and support of entrepreneurship, Alena Nikolaevna Pinyaeva. Including Grant support for start-up entrepreneurs for up to 500 thousand rubles, reimbursement of expenses for the initial contribution up to 90% with payment of leasing payments, reimbursement of expenses for the acquisition of equipment in the amount of up to 50% of actually incurred costs and not more than 5 million rubles for rural entrepreneurs. It works as a district compensation of part of the cost of utilities, reimbursement of a portion of interest on loans directed to the purchase of food and medicines in the amount of ? rate of the Bank of Russia, reimbursement of interest on investment loans s up to ? the Bank of Russia but not more than 70% of the costs.
